De Danieli product range

  • Electric cookers, essential equipment for preparing and cooking a variety of types of products like creams, jams, condensed milk, béchamel sauce, vegetable sauces.

    Extremely versatile machines available in several versions with the simple movement of one tool or with the planetary movement of two tools at the same time. They come in 1 or 2 fixed speeds or with variable speed motor controlled by means of an inverter. The structure is properly reinforced and they are excellent for preparing both soft and hard almond nougat mixture.
  • Nougat Cookers, suitable for particularly hard and sticky mixtures thanks to the solid and sturdy structure. The mixer tool is shaped to optimally mix considerably dense and textured dough. The cookers are equipped with a motor speed variator in order to get optimum mixing speed adjustment based on specific preparations.

  • Planetary cookers, available in a different versions:1 fixed speed , 2 fixed speeds, with variable motor speed by means of an inverter. The product is mixed by the rotary planetary movement of 2 tools which improves the quality of the product as it is perfectly homogeneous at the end of processing.

  • Tanks suitable for dissolving and keeping chocolate and fats such as pats of butter, palm oil and margarine at a constant temperature. They comes complete with a product discharge cock with ball valve, electric board on the machine with electronic thermostat for temperature control, heating by electric elements and bain-marie operation.
